Stream of Life and Governance

The movement of animals at the top of the painting represents the normal life of living creatures. Human evolution and progress from hieroglyphics alphabet to modern language have improved the lives of human beings. As the world population increases, humans have found a way to rule. Today, the world has turned into several realms. Some rules prevent the path to progress. Eventually, humans have no other choice than to move towards perfection. My feeling towards painting is evident in the sword seen in the hands of the governor. I wonder about the feeling and thoughts of the viewer.
