Daf (two-panel painting)

Daf is one of the traditional percussion instruments in Iran, which is also spiritually acceptable. In this work, a daf player is a young person who has passed the universe playing the daf in sorrow for the departure of love. The circular motion of dafs symbolizes an ascent to human perfection and fades away. The joy and grief of daf player in this scene are clear at the same time, representing the peace in the world.
